Management Services

Legendary Lodging offers comprehensive property management services at each of our locations. In addition, we employ industry-leading strategies to maximize operational efficiencies and profitability for our owners. Services include, but are not limited to:

Housekeeping, Maintenance and Around-the-Clock Support

  • Daily housekeeping, upon request, as well as regular “deep cleans”
  • A dedicated property manager, as well as a 24-hour guest services department on-site, so owners and guests always have someone to call for assistance
  • On-site maintenance crews who will immediately respond to items in need of repair, and will inspect owners' units as requested
  • Re-stocking services for kitchen supplies, bath amenities and other necessities. This includes glassware, plates, utensils, toasters, coffee makers, toilet paper, towels, light bulbs, cleaning supplies, etc. 
  • Concierge services to help owners and guests with their every need—from making dining reservations, to purchasing lift tickets, to scheduling tee times, to coordinating transportation

Rental Program—Maintenance and Reservations Resources

Participation in the rental program ensures a seamless experience for owners and the guests renting their units. Services include:

  • Daily inspection of owners' units throughout rental guests' stay
  • Daily housekeeping services for guests
  • Pre-arrival preparation and post-departure inspections
  • Convenient 24-hour management and maintenance services 
  • Maintenance of comprehensive reservations schedules
  • Assessments and dues collection
  • Comprehensive and legible monthly statements

Participation in the rental program also allows homeowners to take advantage of our great reservations-related sales and marketing resources. Services include:
