We believe that our homeowners should be able to discover and enjoy all the incredible recreation, luxury and excitement that Legendary Lodging and our parent company, Vail Resorts, have to offer. As such, in addition to providing maintenance support and rental program resources, Legendary Lodging owners who participate in one of our rental programs can take advantage of the following Owners’ Club benefits:

Owners' Club Benefits

  • At least 20% off current published single-night rates (not including package or promotional rates) at all RockResorts and at any location owned and/or managed through Legendary Lodging. Deeper discounts communicated via monthly newsletter when available.
  • No blackout dates on the aforementioned discount
  • 15% discount on transportation from Colorado Mountain Express (CME) for our Colorado locations 
  • 15% discount on food and beverages at all RockResorts hotels 
  • 20% discount on all spa services at any RockResorts Spa® 
  • Complimentary upgrade on any RockResorts stay (based on availability) 
  • Additional discounts and special offers available on a seasonal basis and by resort

Rules & Restrictions
To qualify for Owners’ Club benefits, homeowners must be participating in a full-year rental program at time of arrival. Offers are available at all Legendary Lodging properties. No blackout dates apply to room rate discounts. Upgrades at RockResorts are based upon availability. Additional discounts vary by season and resort. Offers are subject to change at any time without notice. Offers apply to owners and their immediately family members, and do not apply to groups of five rooms or more.
