Our homeowners’ association (HOA)-related services include but are not limited to:
- Owner relations, including coordination of (and attendance at) HOA meetings
- Staffing, operating, and providing maintenance and repairs for on-site facilities such as front desks, pools, spas, fitness centers and other “common areas”
- Purchasing equipment, tools, appliances, goods, supplies and materials as necessary (cost to be covered by the HOA)
- Negotiating and executing contracts for water, electricity, gas, telephone, waste and similar services on the HOA’s behalf (if requested by the HOA)
- Hiring, paying, supervising and discharging necessary personnel and contract labor, utilizing both job standards and wage rates customary for the area
- Delivering bills, notices and statements regarding regular and special assessments and direct charges to HOA members, as well as providing oversight of collections of such assessments and charges
- Maintaining accounting and periodic financial reporting
- Preparing annual operating and capital budgets
- Handling all disbursements of funds
- Creating and maintaining HOA websites
