History
Vail Resorts Hospitality (VRH) is the lodging arm of Vail Resorts, Inc. a publicly held company traded on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE:MTN). VRH is a wholly owned subsidiary with corporate offices located in Denver, CO.
VRH operates a diverse collection of lodging in seven states, including the Grand Teton Lodge Company in Wyoming and the luxury RockResorts brand. The Company's hotels provide a comprehensive resort experience throughout the year to a diverse clientele with an attractive demographic profile.

Grand Teton Lodge Company
The Grand Teton Lodge Company in Wyoming operates three unique resorts, located in and around the Grand Teton National Park: Jackson Lake Lodge, Jenny Lake Lodge and Colter Bay Village. In addition to the breathtaking views and other accolades, Golf Digest recently named Jackson Hole Golf & Tennis Club the top rated course in Wyoming.
Great Divide Lodge
The Great Divide Lodge, located in Breckenridge, Colorado, specializes in the best and most complete guest services available in this authentic and unpretentious resort town. The lodge features 208 deluxe and spacious guestrooms rich in amenities. The Great Divide Lodge is located 50 yards from the base of Breckenridge Ski Resort's Peak 9 and two blocks from Main Street, Breckenridge. In addition to our first-class lodging accommodations, the Great Divide Lodge offers more than 10,000 square feet of meeting and conference facilities, most with balconies and mountain views.
Keystone Property Management
In the 2004-2005 SKI Magazine resort rankings, Keystone again came in the top 20, hitting the number 15 spot for the 2nd year in a row. During the 2004-2005 ski season, Keystone will see an 800 acre terrain expansion. In addition, Keystone boasts the largest conference center in the Rocky Mountains region, with more than 100,000 square feet of meeting space, and offers golfers 36 holes of lush fairways and views at the River Course and the Ranch Course.
Mountain Thunder Lodge
Mountain Thunder Lodge is nestled in a forested location below Peak 8 where just a brief, five-minute walk finds you on Main Street. The amenities at Mountain Thunder Lodge are abundant; their style and refinement second to none. Modern and mountain living connect in these beautiful one, two and three bedroom condominium suites. Each features a stunning moss stone fireplace and balcony. Fully equipped kitchens offer full-size appliances, including microwave, dishwasher, oven and refrigerator providing the ultimate in modern convenience. Each bedroom features a king or queen-size bed and it's own satellite television. The lodge offers guests heated outdoor pool and hot tubs, in room high speed internet, and state-of-the-art exercise facilities.

RockResorts brand represents the luxury segment of Vail Resorts. Its resorts include: Hotel Jerome in Aspen, CO, The Pines Lodge in Beaver Creek, CO; Keystone Lodge & Spa in Keystone, CO; The Arrabelle at Vail Square in Vail, CO; The Lodge at Vail in Vail Village, CO; La Posada de Santa Fe Resort & Spa in Santa Fe, NM; Snake River Lodge & Spa in Jackson Hole, WY; and The Landings St. Lucia in Rodney Bay, St. Lucia.
